Randy L. Crossno, CCIM is the Principal Broker, founder and Managing Member of Capstone Commercial Advisors, a regional commercial brokerage and asset management firm located in Northwest Arkansas.
Randy is also the founder and Managing Member of Cross Capital Ventures, a real estate investment and development firm that specializes in retail, office and mixed -use projects across the United States.
Prior to starting Capstone, Randy worked as a broker with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage. He has spent over 20 years serving retailers like Walmart Stores, Inc. and Bass Pro Shops to formulate and execute some of the largest and most intricate expansion and disposition strategies in the retail industry.

Jason is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor who is self-motivated with high energy, initiative, and focus. With over 25 years in the commercial banking industry, he has broad experience in lending, special asset management, and financial analysis. During his tenure in the banking industry, he spent most of his career as a commercial loan officer specializing in commercial real estate. During his banking career, he has been instrumental in the management of bank owned real estate. He was responsible for the acquisition and development of three banking centers and managed the special asset division of his bank.

Haley Anderson

Haley is a graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing. With an extensive background in marketing and three years in the commercial real estate field, she brings her experience and creativity to our team and clients.
As a licensed real estate agent, she is eager to work alongside buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to achieve their real estate goals.
Alongside her time in the office, Haley is involved with several networking and educational groups such as the Urban Land Institute of NWA, CREW Network, Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors®, and Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders.
